Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. I charge a 100% fee for no shows. Please make sure to cancel/reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment or reach out to me personally if there are any emergencies. No shows are to be charged the amount of the service. New client no shows will be unable to book again in the future. Being more than 15 min late with no notification is considered a no show and will be charged the full price of the service.
